GARANTIE

Loudspeakers & amplifiers:
24 month warranty from date of purchase against malfunction due to defects in workmanship and materials.
Warranty does not apply to burned voice coils or malfunctions such as cone and/or coil damage resulting from improperly use/handling of the enclosures.
This warranty also does not apply to the following:

Damage caused by improper use, care, or maintenance or failure to follow the instructions and/or maintenance and repair recommendations contained in the User Manual.

Audiocenter Product that has been modified to alter its functionality or capability without the written permission of Audiocenter.

Consumable parts, such as batteries, unless failure has occurred due to a defect in materials or manufacture.

Damage caused by accident, abuse, misuse, exposure to liquids, fire, earthquake, acts of God, or other external causes.

Damage caused by operating the Audiocenter Product outside Audiocenter’s published guidelines.

Damage caused by service (including upgrades and expansions) performed by anyone who is not an authorized representative of Audiocenter (including attempts to “hack” or modify firmware or software).

Cosmetic damage, including scratches, dents, and broken plastic, wood, steel or aluminum.

Conditions caused by normal wear and tear or otherwise due to the normal aging of the Audiocenter Product.

Damage caused by use with another product.
-
Product that was purchased from an unauthorized seller or online vendor.
-
Product on which any serial number has been removed, altered or defaced.

RETOURNEREN
​
Wij geven onze klanten uitgebreid de mogelijkheid en tijd om de gewenste producten te bekijken en te beluisteren. Er kan eventueel ook gekozen worden om de producten eens te huren om deze in eigen omgeving te testen.
Als hierna over wordt gegaan op aanschaf dan gaan wij er van uit dat de klant een wel overwogen keuze heeft kunnen maken.
Na overleg met de klant kunnen wij overgaan op terugname van de bestelling, met inhouding van eventuele gemaakt kosten of te maken kosten, maar hiertoe zijn wij niet verplicht. Wij behouden het recht om de bestelling niet terug te nemen.
Bij (grote) bestellingen die wij moeten laten produceren bij de fabriek wordt het nog lastiger.
Als de fabriek eenmaal is begonnen met de productie dan kunnen wij deze niet meer stoppen. Het gehele traject is dan al in gang gezet, alles is betaald en de verzending is verzorgd. De producten zullen dus bij ons geleverd worden.
Mocht de klant er voor kiezen om de producten toch niet af te willen nemen dan behouden wij het recht om de aanbetaling te houden als vergoeding voor alle gemaakte kosten.
